Us
Our Story
For over 33 years I was a leading financial planner in Newcastle, helping and changing thousands of clients lives for the better by protecting them and growing their wealth. I sold the business in 2021 to have a break and allow the business to grow under new leadership. During these 33 years I witnessed many clients lose a loved one, divorce/separate or suffer a life changing illness/injury and I saw them become overwhelmed with everything that is needed to be done in this modern world.
With the help of my sons, I have formed this company to help you do all the paperwork and administration required such as, Centrelink, banking, credit cards and much more.
By looking after all of this, we hope you can concentrate more on getting back on track with your life.

Centrelink
We can deal with everything Centrelink related. This includes any required paperwork, phone calls or attending Centrelink in person with you to help ensure you get the appropriate outcome you deserve.
Banking
We can help you close and open bank accounts, setup online/app banking, show you how to use direct debits and transfer money.
Bills & Utilities
Whether it is power/gas bills, internet or even Netflix, we can help you change the name on all bills and help you setup/adjust payment details for them so they will continue to automatically debit into the future.
Debts
We can provide assistance in showing how to pay off or manage any exisiting debts you may have such as personal loans, car loans or mortgages.
Employment Benefits
We can assist you in making sure all employment benefits are received by you.

As we do not give any legal, financial planning or accounting advice we can help you find an appropriate professional in these fields if you do not already have one. If you do have one we are happy to work closely with them to help you achieve your best outcome.
Betting & Casino Memberships
Many betting accounts and casino memberships can have money or rewards attached to them. AfterHelp can ensure you receive any money/rewards that are entitled to you.
Travel & Loyalty Programs
Airline & Hotel loyalty memberships can hold a large number of "points" or "nights" that you may be entitled to. AfterHelp can look into these accounts for you and transfer/withdraw any entitlements. We can also work with you or a travel agent to cancel or amend any pre-booked holidays.
